SUBJECT: PROPERTY TAX TRANSFER RESOLUTION --COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT ANNEXATION (5)

Dear Supervisors:

The attached resolution provides for the transfer of 0.3235 percent of the annual tax increment to County Sanitation District No. 21, as a result of proposed "Annexation No. 669."

Upon adoption of the resolution, the proposed annexation can be set for hearing before the Local Agency Formation Commission.

THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD:

Adopt, and instruct the Chairman to sign, the attached resolution providing for the transfer of an annual property tax increment to County Sanitation District No. 21.
